When you generate your MetaMask wallet for the first time, you also generate the seed phrase, which is uniquely associated with the wallet: https://consensys.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004135212-MetaMask-Basics
An example of MetaMask seed phrase and private key:
On your MetaMask wallet, you are able to create multiple addresses. Each address would have a private key that's uniquely associated with it.
When you restore MetaMask wallet using your seed phrase, you could also restore accounts you've created on the wallet (except accounts you've imported): https://consensys.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004179591-Restoring-MetaMask-from-seed-phrase-New-UI-
With the private key, you could import a specific, corresponding account on your current/new wallet: https://consensys.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004176551-Importing-an-Account-New-UI-
You should never share your seed phrase and private keys with anyone, including MetaMask team.
